We're excited for you to attend our Estate Sales and hope you'll soon join the Gentry Lane Journey - following our website and getting the latest sale information via email!  Feel free to contact us with your email address or you can sign up at a sale!

Here's a listing of our policies - you'll see them posted at our sale.  

  • We do not pre-sell
  • We do not pre-view our sales
  • We do not purchase from our own sales.
  • All items are sold “As Is – Where Is”.
  • All deposits to hold an item are non-refundable.
  • There are no returns or refunds.
  • There are no public restrooms.
  • If an item is not to be sold, it will be marked “Not for Sale”.
  • We do not hide imperfections - a price tag will never cover a flaw.
  • We do not allow pets, beverages or food inside the estate.
  • We accept cash and credit cards (no fees charged to you!).  
  • Sorry but we don't accept checks.


Our goal for each sale is to achieve fair value for our clients and provide an enjoyable shopping and buying experience for our customers!
